Nevermind, figured it out, it's a style atribute, window.roundCorners: You can select the corners you want rounded individually, for all four corners you would use TopRight TopLeft BottomLeft BottomRight.

For example...

It's a per style option, and documented in the ChangeLog. My FluxAqua theme uses it, although the curves arent too smooth in Flux at this point. It is very easy to disable.
