Fluke DSP-4000

Fluke has software for its DSP-4000 cable management software (can't link to show you it I guess until I make 5 posts)

This is windows software. I'm wondering if anyone is aware of any software for linux that does the same thing? Its basically cable analyzer software, it interfaces with the tester itself to do readings.
