flashplayer: do we need to install them for every browser

Simple question:

While installing flashplayer, do we need to install them for each of the browsers or we can install them once and use the link for other browsers?

Becoz while installing flashplayer, it asks, after installing for the first time (/usr/lib/mozilla-1.7.2), "Perform Another Installation"

Why do we need to install another time?

Anyone? please explain. Thanks.

You should only need to install once.

Check each browser's documentation for instructions on how to link to the installed flashplayer. Each browser may have different instructions.

Hi,
Actually the installation (for plugin) of flashplayer to every browser is nothing to put the .so files to every browser's plug-in folder.
So its your wish to install it every browser or install it one browser and manualy create a link to every browser.
