FlashFXP for Linux
 

Hiho iam searching for some Flashfxp clone for linux ! is there any software which can connect to two ftps and do some fxp ?

I'm pretty sure IglooFTP-PRO does fxp as well as ftp

yafc also seems to do what you want ..

I've heard Flashfxp works pretty good with wine, haven't tested it yet though

Would this linux based flashfxp support the sites.dat.

The current stable version works with Wine but the next one won't because of the wacky Delphi libraries Bigstar has started using in the development versions.

Sites.dat is encrypted (using light encryption), so get the FlashFXP sites.dat converter from betanews.com and convert it to a plain text file. Then you should do like every FXP'er with pride - use pftp-mew and screen.
