flash plug-in opera 7.23
 
I had installed flash plug-in for opera 7.23 browser. http://www.opera.com/linux/docs/plugins/install/
when i open multimedia web site, i can not see flash part under web browser. why?

I followed same instruction mentioned under above link. I have also check under opera >> File >> Prefe. >> Plug-in >> Mime-type it's listed. do i have to install latest opera?

pls help me...

Hi!

Download the Flash-player and install it in your Opera directory. On this page you'll find "installation instructions" too. Try it this way..
Code:
tar -zxvf install_flash_player_7_linux.tar.gz
cd install_flash_player_7_linux
"close all browsers"
./flashplayer-installer
type the plugin directory of Opera
This way it worked for me. If it detects your Opera installation it will autoinstall the plugin.

But still no luck. here is the plugin directory.

Also, i went to Opera >> File >> Pref >> plugin >> plugin listed. i notice when i try to open this site it stuck for some time and showing me timer on page. i do not know why? pls visit this link and check in ur opera, http://www.hylix.com

any idea?

www.hylix.com is working fine on my opera browser. You could install a newer version of Opera and try it out.

I have downloaded and tried with new opera(v. 7.54) and it's working fine. Than once again for helping hand...
