From the page link you posted, there are installation instructions in the readme, for Linux, that are fairly clear:

Have you followed them? Did you get error(s)? Those instructions basically tell you to just copy it, unless it's a new installation. Then it tells you to run the tar command from the / directory, to install a new one.
