Unhappy Firewall Smoothwall

Sorry, my english so bad
I have install Smoothwal 3.0 Express and working on VM ware.
+Smoothwall have 3 NIC VM3, VM4, NAT
I configure VM3 (GREEN), eth0 IP:
VM4 (ORANGE -DMZ server), eth1 IP:
NAT (RED) eth2:
+ 1 PC-win2003 (ORANGE) VM4 IP: << this is web server
Real machine connect internet by Wifi and ip : DNS:
I can ping from and connect web server by IE.
I have create rule outgoing , incoming, external, internal but i can't use any service from internet
=> only thing outgoing working
+ Real machine I can't ping (RED) <<< why ?
+ Real machine can't open web DMZ
+ Orange host can't telnet , ssh to green
