Question firewall question

how can i see what ports are open/available in my firewall? i installed "workstation". i am running apache httpd and maybe a game server later. i would like to know whats open like my sygate tells me in windows, or should i get a third party app? is the redhat FW any good? thanks alot...

Here's a good port scanner...

As for the firewall Linux uses iptables. The GUI that RH provides should be ok, but if you want to go into more detail with your firwall rules you can make a script.

One option is to download nmap and port scan yourself.
