Firefox XBL Bind/No .phoenix folder

Hi everybody. I installed Firefox 0.8 today and it worked great up until i tried to install a theme for it. Needless to say the theme didn't work and i got the XBL Binding for Browser error. Only problem is, i don't have a ~/.phoenix folder because i didn't set up a default user for firefox. Any ideas how i can fix this problem?? When i tried to reinstall it as root, i could load it up w/ no errors but as soon as i logged on as a user, i get the XBL error. Any help is much appreciated :).

Copy the .phoenix folder from /root and move it to your home directory. After that, switch the file permissions to your user. If you're not sure how to do any of this, here's a run down of it.

su (to become root)
cp -r /root/.phoenix /home/username/
chown username:group /home/username/.phoenix -R

That should do it. :) If not, I'm not too sure what to do.

hey thanks alot that worked great! although is there any reason why it's now not recognizing my flashplayer extensions? i suppose that it's a minor problem that i can figure out now that it's running again, but strange indeed :).
