firefox segmentation fault on javascript?

Lately I've had a few crashes of firefox. It always happened when javascript should open a window. Problem is it seems to be random. For example here on LQ it's often when I do search for similar threads. On another site it's when opening a window that'll open another after a few seconds. I have the popupblocker off on those sites and all javascript it should need is enabled. Anyone else has this problem and does anybody know a solution?
