I have several Suse Linux Enterprise Server 10 servers, >50 that I want to add another site, URL, to Firefox's exception list so the pop-up blocker will allow it. I cannot figure out how I can do so with a script or even find the file that this entry is located in. I really, really don't want to manually add this exception to all the servers by logging into them. Anyone know how I can edit the Firefox exception list or where the file is located that it is pointing to to edit? This is a 64-bit SLES 10 server but I even looked at openSUSE 11 and still don't see the exceptions I have added.

It's in the .mozilla/firefox/${PROFILENAME}/permissions.sqlite database which holds the "moz_hosts" table. The entry should have type=popup and permission=1.
