Firefox not working with Oracle application on Linux

Dears . . .

I have Oracle E-Business Suite application
on Linux 32-bit Red Hat Release 4 Upgrade 6.

While accessing most of links in this application ,it gives me message :
" Additional plugins are required to display all the media on this page ...... Install Missing Plugins "

I tried a lot and install more packages and RPMs to solve this problem but without any result . . .

Do you know solution for this problem ???

Thanks & Best regards . . .

Are you using the Install button that appears on FF or are you trying to do it by hand? The FF install button should handle it for you.

I tried the two ways ( Install button & By hand ) . . . Without any result.

But there is a problem now..
I already installed Firefox 3.0.5.tar.bz2
When type /usr/local/bin/firefox/firefox
i received a message " error while loading shared libraries
libpangocairo-1.0.so.0: cannot open shared object file:No such file or directory "

What is the solution?

Thanks & Best Regards . . .
