Introduction to Linux - A Hands on Guide
This guide was created as an overview of the Linux Operating System, geared toward new users as an exploration tour and getting started guide, with exercises at the end of each chapter.
For more advanced trainees it can be a desktop reference, and a collection of the base knowledge needed to proceed with system and network administration. This book contains many real life examples derived from the author's experience as a Linux system and network administrator, trainer and consultant. They hope these examples will help you to get a better understanding of the Linux system and that you feel encouraged to try out things on your own.

I think--but I am not sure--that it has always been with Mozilla or Firefox. Every so often, when attempting to click on a link, the screen will "jump" vertically by maybe 1/2" to 1". Sometimes, this results in the wrong link opening but more often nothing opens. Typically, I can then click on the link with no more issues.
I think it just indicates there is a bunch of stuff loading and the main page is resizing to fit. There are a few things to consider.
The page has a lot of stuff on it.
The site is very busy or maybe just plain slow.
Your box may be slow.
Your ISP may be slow.
I haven't experienced that problem at all, in none of the FF versions.
I think the same as homey. Make sure the whole webpage is loaded, then it shouldn't move at all. Sometime we're on the runs and don't want the website to finish loading to just access the link, thus it may happen that the right time we click on the link, firefox fits the new loaded information (more text or images).
