Firefox History of Bookmarks Saving Option for reconfiguring?
 

Where can I find the option to save my bookmarks to a memory to be re-applied after I reconfigure? I use Xubuntu and a USB attached memory.

Firefox > Bookmarks > Show all bookmarks > Import and Backup > Backup > (choose location). See http://kb.mozillazine.org/Bookmarks for explanation of files (as FF nowadays uses SQLite) and locations and options like HTML export.
