firefox gtk + xft font size to big

Hello, i am using XFCE4 and firefox gtk + xft version. For some reason the font sizes are all over the place, in a single site, part will look normal and something else will be huge. Ive tried adjusting the font size in the options menu but it dosent work for everything. I've used the strictly gtk version and the font on all pages look normal, but i dont like the look of it, it doesnt really match with XFCE, which is why i am using the gtk + xft version.

By the way, what is XFT? do i have to install something to get it look correct? Thanks for the help.
