Firefox error - INTERNAL ERROR on Browser End: Could not get the plugin manager

I upgraded to Mandriva 2009 this weekend and everything was in the midst of setting everything back up. I downloaded and installed the java plugin for firefox and when I brought it backup FF crashed with the above error. I'm lost on this one. I looked in my backup of my /home in the firefox folder and can't find any plugin manager. I did use the software manager to remove and reinstall FF and there were other packages removed, am I doomed to re-install 2009, again?
