firefox crashing when opening certain websites and window for changing themes
hii,i am using ubuntu 8.04 and has firefox 3.5.15.of late,whenever i open www.cricinfo.com and www.espnsoccernet.com firefox crashes.also when opening window for changing themes,background firefox crashes.please help..
Run it from a terminal and see what error messages it produces you can then either google them or post them back here (google first though, as a politeness)
@Snark1994 i used links to run website in terminal,but i was not able to connect as i am using the university proxy server.only the sites,which dont need proxy server(like the mail service of university )run.

this is the output of terminal when firefox crashes.
Sounds as if it doesn't like the ubuntu theme you're using - that's what is kept in the ~/.themes folder. I'd try changing your theme to a different one (System > Preferences> Appearance) and see if the error changes/goes away
i deleted my current theme.but now i get this error
