Firefox can't run on Fedora8

Hi friends,

I have a problem when running Firefox on fedora 8. When I launch Firefox first time it was not opening and when I launch it again then it gave a message called "Firefox is busy..."

When I try Konqure to brows the internet same problem was occured and I'm not able to connect to internet. I can ping any web site from this m/c so the problem is with the Browser or Fedora configuration or something else?

Please let me know the solution for this problem.

Aruna.

open up Konsole/Terminal and launch firefox from there, see if you get any error messages.
