firefox-bin not found

When I try to start Firefox I get the above message or one saying the same thing about firefox or run-mo;illa.sh. There is a reference to line 442 in run-moz, indicating that it has tried to debug but can't find whichever program it's looking for. My C-related skills are too weak to figure out the code. I have two installations, both recently upgraded to Kubuntu 7.10. On the first one I was offered gradparadiso 3.0b and took it. The only problem I had was in getting an cjon that would start ff but I could do it from the command line or the file manager. A few days later I tried to download the same thing but could only get FF 2.0.0.12. I couldn't get it to start so copied 3.0b3 from the other box and it won't start. I have checked permissions to no avail.

Both machines are Athlon 64 (2800 and 3200, I think.

My other user doesn't like using Konqueror!

You will have to install the 32-bit libraries in order to make the application work.
