firefox address bar problem...

this may sound a trivial question... but i'm a bit lost with it...

in Mozilla and IE the address at the top of the address bar starts from decending order ie... most visited web address first... but on firefox the address seems to be sorted in a first typed basis (ie the first address that i typed when started using firefox is at the bottom and the most recently type new address is at the top)

is there any way in firefox to sort this out... to the mosted visited or typed address being at the top of the address bar...

thanks in advance

i have been searching all over for the answer to this as well. i would think it has to be possible since that is the way mozilla handles it.

if you find the answer or any help would be greatly appreciated.

I suggest you check over on the Mozillazine forums. That's the best place to ask for Mozilla-related questions. I'm pretty sure it's been discussed there before. I don't think there's any way to modify it, but I'm not certain.

thanks, after searching through the mozilla forums i've determined that it is not possible. which is sad in my opinion. i love firefox but i've always been an address bar guy for my sites.

we'll see what happens in the future. i may just have to switch back to mozilla until then.

thanks for the help!
