Firefoc Segmentation fault at line 131

When I try running Firefox I get the following message:
/opt/mozilla/lib/firefox-1.5.0.1/run-mozilla.sh: line 131: 25879 Segmentation fault "$prog" ${1+"$@"}

(The number varies)

I'm running Archlinux 0.7.1
The kernel is 2.6.15-ARCH

A few events preceded the problem. I had installed Opera and allowed it to overwrite some *.h files. After restarting the system, X wouldn't start. I wasn't able to start X until I upgraded to X11R7 from X11R6. Since then Firefox hasn't worked.

Thunderbird has been working fine.

Try to reinstall firefox.

That was one of the first things I tried. I'll probably be doing a reinstall of the whole OS over the weekend (not just for this problem, though it make suspect there might be some curuption is some one ot the config files). BTW, I've also tried creating a new profile.
