finding the type of file system

Hi guys
I bought a pc contain redhatlinux
how can I know what is the type of the file system

Should show information about the mounted filesystems, including their type. For example:
/dev/sda3 on /home type ext3 (rw)
Or you could use
fdisk -l
as root, but I guess mount's output is nicer.
