Finding Help Files for Scribus 1.2

I recently installed Scribus 1.2 which I downloaded from scribus.net on my SuSE 9.0 system. When I click on help in the menu, it produces the error "Sorry, no manual available! Please see [the Scribus web site] for updated docs and downloads."

So I went to scribus.net and they had a link that read "Scribus of Manual", which I presumed was the manual for the app. However, the link was broken. Now that they've come out with 1.2.1, I can't even find it. Their Documentation link doesn't seem to get me to a place where I can downloade the help either. What's worse is that I can't even find a email address to the developers to ask them this question.

My question is where do I find the Help files? I'd like to use the app in place of Adobe PageMaker on Windoze, but without some help, it's going to be difficult.

Any thoughts would be most appreciated.
