Find framebuffer address

How does one go about finding the framebuffer address for xawtv?
I tried -fb option, v4l-conf, etc to no avail.

The solution (slackware 12.0 & xawtv 3.95):
egrep -i framebuffer /var/log/Xorg.0.log
this yields:
(**) NV(0): Depth 8, (--) framebuffer bpp 8
(--) NV(0): Linear framebuffer at 0xD0000000
Then v4l-conf -a 0xD0000000
This should be done for each xawtv session apparently.
There must be a way to make xawtv recognize this each session.
