Find all files created or modified between 2 times

Hey, can someone help me with a command? I'm looking to compile a list of files that were created or modified between 12:00am and 1:00am today.

Have a look at the man page for "find", hopefully that will help

I did... it seemed to only have filters for "n days" where I need times between hours.

Have a look at the output of "printf". This should be able to create a filterable list for you with last access date in the output.


Edit - I'm still talking about "find" here btw
