FinalDraft in linux?

Anyone know of a decent screenwriting package for Linux. I used to use Final Draft (back when I used Win2K) and I need something that
a) will read the .fdr files and let me convert them to, say, .sdw or ever .doc or .txt. files or
b) will perform essentially the same functions as Final Draft. (It's not that I couldn't do the formatting myself, but FD took a lot of the hassle out of it and just let you focus on writing.
