Question Filtering Outgoing Mail With Sendmail

I need to filter mail traveling through a mail gateway based on the user who sent the email.

Basically, I want to archive all mail being forwarded from results@mydomain.com by sending a copy of the email to another address like outgoing-mail@mydomain.com.

I would rather not rely on the end-user simply bcc'ing the piece of mail to outgoing-mail@mydomain.com as they are not responsible enough to remember such a thing.

Any help you have to offer will be greatly appreciated...
