Filesystem Blues..

Hello.

I have a little problem. I need to find a filesystem that both Windows and Linux understands and can read. I have lately burnt a lot of disks that were unusable on one or the other.

I need to know what application (burner prog) and filesystem is "safe" on both..

Every time I burn a dvd with K3b, it reads fine in linux, but Windows xp refuses it ??

Does anyone know why ??

Linux reads dvd's made in windows just fine, exept the files get truncated... (file~1.txt)

Please Help..

Hello!

1. You can use FAT32, which can be read and write from Linux and Windows.

2. You can use http://www.fs-driver.org/ to acess ext2 and ext3 partitions from Windows.

Greetings
