file system corrupted or not. vfat

Hya,

Problematic object
CF card via USB card reader. (vfat)

Situation
fsck on Penguin (Debian jessie, current) complains as follows:
Code:
0x25: Dirty bit is set. Fs was not properly unmounted and some data may be corrupt.
1) Remove dirty bit
2) No action
However, Mac OS/X (some sort of big cat) reports clean file (disk utility)

I have no experience with disk check utilities on other OS, but looks good.

Question
Is this file corrupted?

So far
I have not tried to repair the file with -a or -r option.
Using fsck.vfat directly does not make any difference.

I know this is NOT a linux question.

Closing remark
Happy penguins!

vfat is quite tolerant of being unmounted unexpectedly, and then it is quite repairable.

I'd just tell debian to remove the dirty bit.
