file server types

Hi, is there some more programs to share something from linux to Windows without SAMBA?

Try some ftp/http server, such as vsftpd or apache httpd.

No, i need to make a file server and to share for example some hard disks or partitions, but not with http or ftp.

Windows users have to see that share from "Network neighborhood"

You can access NFS shares from Windows. There are several options, most of them commercial of course. Just google for "nfs windows".
Or you can access WebDAV folders from Windows. It works nearly as if it was a real network drive but not quite.
