sorry, i've never used enlightenment. the website says, "DR16 uniquely allows background selection to be done from the main menu system using thumbnailed views of the background providing a quick and easy way to change wallpaper." so maybe check the menus?

Now, don't judge a book by it's cover, but I _highly_ recommend Worker for a file manager:

Sure, it's ugly as sin, but it's extremely fast (especially an optimized compile), and very easy / informative to use.

Yup that is ugly.

Im happy with ROX

And also I found where to change my backgrounds,
It's in the $HOME/.enlightenment/backgrounds.

The weird thing is I have to restart for enlightenement to see the changes.
