file manager

Hi there,

Does anyone know a nice file-manager that works right under fluxbox? Nautilus takes the gnome desktop along and gentoo is a bit too unstable for such an important and critical task (did a big move and lost data...). Midnight commander isn't gui and gnome-velocity doesn't show icons (and you can't click them, making velocity useless for me).

Or am I too demanding?

Thanks,

Corien

Well, some few more:

Konqueror:
http://www.konqueror.org/

Gnome-Commander:
http://www.gnome.org/

Endeavour:

XWC:
http://foxdesktop.sourceforge.net/foXdesktop/

I really doubt that you will anything faster and better then Midnight Commander though...

Nautilus works great - try nautilus --no-desktop :)

I like XFFM, the XFCE file manager.

Rof Filer is good. Make sure you download the mime-types file as well.
