File and Directory monitoring


I need a simple terminal program which uses gamin or fam to dedect my files or directory changes

I found fileschanged but ,it didn t show directory changes.


my os :ubuntu

I don't know if it uses fam or gamin but you could look at AIDE, it allows you a fair amount of control through the config file.
