Fighting spam question

For a couple weeks now I've started to get this spam email, the sender appears different on every email however *some* of the body of the message is the same in all the emails. How can I get rid of these annoying emails? I installed spamassassin but they still came in (I did not configure it, thought it would have worked out of the box). I am running exim4 as my MTA. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Installing spamassassin is not enough. You should also add some rulesets and also use "sa-learn" to train spamassassing for spam and ham that it might miss.
