Fibre Channel - from Linux to Sun

Hello,

I have a Dell server (PowerEdge 2650, running RedHat 8). and also a Sun T3 StorEdge Disk array, which has a FC-AT interface (it says 100mb/s). it is currently connecting to a Sun server (Enterprise 3500). I would like to make the Dell server to be able to connect to the T3 array.

1)I will need to buy a fibre channel card for it. there're many types, is there any specific type I should look at?
2) The T3 disk array is in Sun Unix format. I want to know what will happen after I installed the fibre optic card on the Dell and connect it to the T3 disk array. Is it a simple plug-and-play process with a few configuration, or what?

Thanks!
