ffwd movies on video iPod, setting length in gtkpod

So in order to be able to ffwd videos on the new iPod, you have to set the length in gtkpod. I tried to do this using 1:31:00(1 hour, 31 minutes, and 0 seconds). Except that GTKPod drops the :00 at the end, and then the iPod thinks the video is only 1 minute and 31 seconds long. Is there a way to fix this? Am I using the wrong format for giving the time length? Is there something else I can do?
