I could suggest you try this: if you don't have checkinstall, get it and install it. Then get the source package (tar.gz - check it to see if it includes the pluggin) and use checkinstall to run through the steps of installing the tarball. Select the option to write both a binary and source rpm. Then try to build from .src.rpm, or try installing the binary rpm.
The spec file you named clearly names three patch files. Check /usr/src/redhat/SOURCES to see if it contains the source tarball, and three patch files named in the spec file (patch0, patch2, and patch3). If you don't have them, find them and park them in the SOURCES directory with the tarball, then try again.
Your reference to line 122 of the spec file is vague, and I don't have the patience to count the lines, or try to extract the text from the html, then open in an editor which will show line numbers. In future, if you reference a line number, please also include a quote of the line. It'll help anyone who is trying to help you. Saves a lot of time.
Since rpmbuild bombed with an error message in re a patch file, it would also help if you copied the exact error message into your post
No offense intended; no flame intended. Just some things I've learned in trying to get info in re my owm problems.
