Fetchmail / Sendmail

I am currently running RedHat 9.0 with Sendmail and Fetchmail.
The .fetchmailrc file has been setup with the following line/s:

poll "196.xx.xx.137" proto pop3 user "xxxxx" with pass "xxxx" is "xxxx" here forcecr smtpaddress localhost

It works fine and the e-mail is downloaded, but in my log I get the following message.

fetchmail: Server CommonName mismatch: localhost.localdomain != 196.xx.xx.137

I have no idea what is means or where to start looking for the reason.
My sendmail seems to be working fine.

Any ideas?
