How does your fetchmailrc look like? Have you tried to specify the local user names? Why do you give '-m sendmail' on the commandline? I remember once I had something similar on RH6.2, and then I used '-m procmail -d %T' or something similar AFAIR (look at the manpage).

Best,
Ott

there is a utility to configure fetchmail
http://rpm.pbone.net/index.php3/stat....i386.rpm.html
you might have it already
try:
fetchmailconf
for now i'd just forget that webmin interface (nothing like making something simple complicated)
to check mail you just type
fetchmail

fetchmail accepts parameters either on command line or in the ~/.fetchmailrc conf file, it allows probably some system-wide conf-file too. You should perhaps at first try to get it working using one of these possibilities. My .fetchmailrc looks like:

poll mail.econ.au.dk
protocol pop3
user xxxxx
password xxxxx
fetchall

This fetches mail only for me. You may want to do something like

user foo is bar

instead of simply user, which means the user name foo on the mailserver corresponds to the name bar on your computer; and

mda /usr/sbin/sendmail -i -oem -f %F %T

which means that fetchmail has to use sendmail to deliver messages locally. Actually this should not be necessary. Look at man fetchmail. Try to post your fetchmailrc.

Best,

Ott
