Fetchmail download attachments with bashscript

I've installed a Debian with Fetchmail, Postfix en Webmin. Everything works fine but I want to get attachments from certain mails (with a certain subject) to be downloaded automaticaly with a bashscript.
Afterwards I'll put it in crontab and all the mails with that subject will be automaticaly processed.

How can I do it?
I know I got 1 huge file in /var/mail/myusername with all my mails but I can't get the attachments.
