Fedora Core 6 Default Kernel

Hey - I'm looking for a way to install the NON XEN kernel of FC6...I tried "linux i686" at the installation prompt but it didn't do it. How do I NOT install xen...which makes my video card fail?

I don't think the default kernel is xen enabled, so just typing linux or waiting for the installer to start on it own, will result in the normal i686 kernel being installed.
