How do I enable telnet on fedora core 4?

start the telnet daemon (through xinit.d)

but then again.. why would you do this? it's so unsafe (plain text etc etc).
There are other much better ways to have a remote cli (command line interface).

to give you a go:

The most used one is SSH


(but there are many other systems)
