fedora core 4 gpc

I have installed fedora core 4 on my computer. Every time I run launchup2date it asks me to register. I click activate but it seems to do nothing. Also how do I get it to stop asking me if I want to contiue even though there is no GPG.I seen the previous answers but didnt help any

up2date is broken; the official updater is Yum. See the Fedora tutorial on Yum and the unofficial FedoraFAQ Yum configuration, etc.
