Fedora can't see mount cdrom

Hello,

have just loaded Fedora Core 3, apparently successfully, however, have just discovered that when I click on the CD-ROM icon I get a message to the effect that FC3 "can't find /mnt/cdrom in /etc/fstab or /etc/mtab"

Your assistance/suggestions will be most appreciated.

The Icon may not be pointing to the correct mount point /mnt/cdrom. check your fstab to find the correct mount point:
cat /etc/fstab
or
ls -l /mnt
