fedora 3 anaconda freezing during install on IBM ServeRaid

Hi,
I am trying to install Fedora Core 3 onto an IBM Netfinity 5500 server with a ServeRaid.

The problem is that the fedora installer (anaconada) freezes right after the word "ips driver" are displayed. I have checked the Raid bios and its at the latest, version 7b.

Any ideas as to what i can do to get FC3 to install??

Thanks

Jacko

maybe try a boot parameter...

before the CD boots add the following line:

linux noprobe

i believe that is the correct parameter...

hopefully that will get it installed and what hardware anaconda misses you can configure after it is installed...

good luck...
