Hi all,
I'm trying to use fclones to review duplicate files on a cifs-mounted network drive.
Code:
~> sudo fclones group /mnt/network-drive/ > .fclones-network-drive.txt
fclones: error: can't access /mnt/network-drive: Permission denied (os error 13)
fclones: error: Some input paths could not be accessed.
I CAN run fclones over local directories without an issue.
I have write access to the mount point. It has the following permissions:
Code:
~> ls -al /mnt
drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 0 Dec 23 16:19 network-drive
I am mounting it with this:
Code:
sudo mount -t cifs -ouser=myUserName,domain=MyDomain,rw,exec,vers=2.0 //mypath.mydomain.com/network-drive /mnt/network-drive
---
I've read that it's something related to stat, but I can't quite figure out how to give stat the right permissions?
Thanks yet again!
Scott
