FC4's scientific calculator may give a wrong result!

Dear all,
Today I use the scientific calculator in Fedora Core 4 to
calculate the natural exponent power e^2,
find the result is 196. So the base is not 2.71828, but 14 !
Have you already found it ? Do you know how to change it ?
