kedman LQ Newbie Registered: Feb 2003 Location: Cardiff Distribution: Fedora core 3 Posts: 18 Rep:	FC3- Small MYSQL install HI Can anyone tell me what gets installed when you select MYSQL only on FC3 I have tried to set up a small msql server for some dev work. I used fc3 and did a text install. I only selected msql with a small window manager. I cant seem to access mysql or get the demon started. /etc/init.d/mysqld start no such file or directory Does fc3 only install the client? Cheers Bob
