It depends... for playing around with and daily non-critical use, Fedora Core. I currently dual boot FC2/FC3 and next week that will change to FC3/FC4 :-)
I like the "latest and greatest" software for Fedora Core for normal use.
For work, where stability and reliability were more critical, it would definitely be RedHat. Upgrading operating systems every 6 mos. to a year is really not acceptable for that type of a system.
