FC3 - kgpg will start up once, then won't ever start again...

I'm trying to use kgpg from kdeutils 3.3.1 under Fedora Core 3. The very first time I start it up, it runs fine, goes through the startup wizard, etc. After that, when I start it, it doesn't do anything for me, just exits...no output or nothin'. However, if I go into the config file and manually tell it that it's the first startup again, then it will start up, and run just fine til I shut it down.

The only thing I've been able to come up with in researching the issue is that it MIGHT be a gnupg agent issue...but I don't run the agent on my system & have kgpg configured to not use it.

I've even tried doing a rebuild of the package...no dice.

Suggestions?
